School officials in Howard County believe a student posted a racially offensive picture on social media. The school system met Friday with an Atholton High School student and her parents over a picture that appears to be causing a lot of concern. By the time school let out late Thursday at Atholton High, word had already spread around campus about an image that was seen and shared over social media.
