Digital Download: Super Bowl social media command center, Obama 'hangs out' on Google+

This year's Super Bowl will have its very first social media command center. A team of about 20 strategists will be monitoring conversations on social media sites. Their goal is to improve the experience of those flocking to Indianapolis by providing directions and other information in real time. The operation began yesterday and runs through February 5th.
