Asian Media Awards Launch Official Video 25 April 2013 at MediaCityUK
The inaugural Asian Media Awards launch was held at MediaCityUK aiming to recognise the current and future stars of the UK media industry.
In what is the first event dedicated to rewarding the work of British Asian reporters and producers, the awards will also identify ground-breaking attempts to highlight issues affecting race relations and human rights.

The video was produced by Josh Boyd (BA TV and Radio) and Rachel Williams (BA Journalism) who filmed and edited this for the AMA’s.
The Shortlist announcement held on Monday 19 September was attended by finalists and guests from across the UK.
The ceremony this year takes place on Thursday 27 October at the Hilton Manchester Deansgate.
