Nov. 25 (Bloomberg) -- Facebook Inc., the worlds biggest social-networking site, introduced a dual-class stock structure to let current shareholders hold onto voting control. The decision shouldnt be seen as a sign that the company is planning to go public, Facebook said in an e-mailed statement. The company also said it has no plans to hold an IPO at this time.
