LEAVING SOCIAL MEDIA: My Experience
I went on a media fast a couple months ago, where I didn't consume any media - no social media, news, TV, internet, etc. It really increased my productivity and wellbeing. Now, I want to reduce the amount of time I spend on social media daily to 45 mins - split into 3 15-minute time slots, to improve my time management, take better care of myself, and achieve my 2017 goals. 🌟
