Measuring Social Success

Measuring social media success is not a simple thing to do, depending on what your metrics are. Throw likes and followers out the window, and observe more pertinent points such as brand reputation, sentiment and the buying cycle. Make the connection between social posts and sales to demonstrate value to the c-suite. And don't get bogged down in the social terminology - translate it to the language of your executives.
